Our pricing structure means our engineer will be with you until you are satisfied with the work, no matter how long it takes.
If new hardware is required to replace faulty items, you have the option to purchase the replacement wherever you wish, or we can supply your parts at cost price. Even if our engineer has to return at a later date to complete the repair, you are still not charged extra.
