Standard On Site Service/Repair – £30.00
Fully inclusive on site engineer to carry out hardware/software repairs, servicing or upgrades, no time limit, nothing more to pay. All work is guaranteed and should a second visit be required there is nothing more to pay.
Whether you require virus removal, software installation, hardware repair you pay a single fee of £30.00. Our standard on-site service also includes operating system upgrades and installations, such as upgrading to Microsoft Windows 7 from Windows XP or Vista. We’re currently offering an on site visit to upgrade your computer to Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate at a cost of £40.00 INCLUDING the software and discs.
We are happy to provide you with an individual quotation should you require an upgrade or specialist build. Just contact us for details.
Please note that should your computer require a hardware replacement due to hardware failure, or if you request a hardware upgrade, the cost of the hardware item is NOT included in the cost of the service. You have a choice of supplying your own hardware replacement/upgrade or purchasing a replacement from HARDWARESOFTWARE at cost price.
